Do crew and clients count as paid seats?
No. Only power users (full access) are paid. Crew and client/portal users are free and unlimited on every plan.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Pay monthly, or save roughly two months by paying annually. Enterprise is an annual contract.
What is a dedicated deployment?
Your own isolated instance — dedicated database (and, at the top tier, your own cloud project) on your own domain, fully white-labeled. Priced at roughly 2.5× the equivalent shared plan plus a one-time setup.
If I start on a trial, can I move to dedicated later?
Yes — and you keep everything. Trials run on our shared platform; when you move to a dedicated deployment we migrate your data with zero loss.
